Stephen is the Congregational Care Pastor at Fellowship Bible Church in Brentwood, TN where he directs the SoulCare Ministry.
 
He speaks frequently on the topics of marriage and relationships, sexual integrity, servant leadership, and spiritual authenticity.
 
He is a founding member and a fellow at the Sage Hill Institute an initiative for authentic Christian leadership and has served as an adjunct therapist for Bethesda Workshops. Stephen earned his masters in counseling from Mars Hill Graduate School at Western Seminary Seattle and his undergraduate degree in English from Belmont University in Nashville.
 
He lives in Nashville with his wife Heather, their four children, and a half-blind chocolate lab named Mattie.
